The church of St Oswald's, Kirk Sandall is classed as redundant and is no longer in regular use. However, St Oswald's is occasionally used for services with the co-operation of the parish church of The Good Shepherd in Edenthorpe. The incumbent Reverend Mary Gregory will take the services.

Most of the events shown below are free unless otherwise stated and some activities will suit children.
There is a small charge for refreshments which goes towards the upkeep of St Oswald's and any donations to the Friends of St Oswald's would be most welcome.

  Sunday August 8th 6.00pm Holy Communion to celebrate St. Oswald’s Day.
  
  Sunday August 15th 12noon -4.00pm Brass rubbing activity for children.
Modest charge to cover materials.
  
  Sunday September 5th 6.00pm Holy Communion.

Heritage Open Weekend when the church will be open.
There will be photographic exhibition showing local village history and personalities.
